★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很棒的社區，交通便利，公車往台北、中壢、機場、桃園火車站…站牌就在旁邊，開車5～10分鐘上南桃園交流道，郵局、銀行、電信公司、超商、全聯、愛買…附近都有，後門出去就有小公園，社區裡面有間幼兒園，中山國小、武陵高中，走路3～5分鐘。社區的居民素質都很好，管委會認真做事，親切和善，垃圾、資源回收、環境清潔，一直都做得很好，整個社區乾淨新穎，看不出是20年的房子。
Great community, convenient transportation, bus to Taipei, Zhongli, airport, Taoyuan train station... The stop sign is right next to it, 5-10 minutes drive to Nan Taoyuan Interchange, post office, bank, telecommunications company, supermarket, Quanlian , I want to buy... There are all nearby, and there is a small park just outside the back door. There is a kindergarten in the community, Zhongshan Elementary School and Wuling High School. It takes 3 to 5 minutes to walk. The quality of the residents in the community is very good. The management committee is serious, kind and kind. It has always done a good job in garbage, resource recycling, and environmental cleanliness. The entire community is clean and new, and it is not seen that it is a 20-year-old house.
