陳	陳薇薇 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可以接受他們不佳的溝通態度再前去看診吧！國小要交複檢單（姊姊有弱視），禮拜二下班我先去預約，順便預約弟弟一起檢查。隔天禮拜三晚上帶著兩寶餓著肚子趕去，等前面一個人掛號完，我至少站在櫃檯前又乾等了幾分鐘，櫃檯阿姨愛理不理的我也不知道她在忙什麼，現場只有我和前一組人在看...好不容易要理我了，我跟她說昨天有先來預約，她問我有幾張單？我說有兩張單，就拿著一張學校複檢單，和一張連著的預約單一併交給她。她皺眉翻白眼語氣不好大聲的對我說：「我說什麼你在說什麼！？我問你有幾張複檢單你在說什麼？」我當下差點忍不住，但還是壓抑住口氣回：你問我有幾張「單」？我怎麼會知道你問我的是什麼單，當然有幾張就回你幾張！當下她還是一直不耐煩在那邊碎念，說真的我聽不下去，孩子們在旁邊我不想做壞榜樣對一個長輩兇！忍住不理她。看完去拿眼藥水，男藥劑師也是講話態度很差。我知道你們不是服務業，不需要陪笑賣笑，但也沒必要連基本的禮貌都沒有吧！朱智盟醫生人很好，有這樣的員工真的是很砸招牌！回覆：年紀稍長那位櫃檯阿姨，不是第一次罵人～這是第三次去看，之前問她問題就立馬被兇，這次被兇的最莫名奇妙也最火大）在那邊等看診的時候，看她對每個人的問題一概都是不耐煩回應（包含電話詢問），而且當天我在櫃檯等掛號，是等她和另一名年輕女助理聊完天她才理我…因為相信朱智盟醫師的專業和團隊才一再去看…真心希望她們能尊重每一個前去貴診所看診的人，好好說話。我放棄了，已換別家，真心不建議

阿	阿傳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛帶友人去掛號，櫃檯那位年紀大的護士態度真的很差，如果沒有服務熱忱拜託千萬不要做護士，妳沒講幾號碼牌只是詢問一下幾號，直接叫我們去旁邊等好，還回說妳是沒聽到我剛講幾號嗎？不建議大家去全桃園不是只有你一家眼科，(ps：醫生服務還不錯主要是那位櫃檯小姐口氣真的很糟糕） I just brought a friend to register. I don't recommend everyone to go to the whole Taoyuan, not only your ophthalmology department, (ps: the doctor's service is not bad, mainly because the counter lady's tone is really bad)
