2018年7月造訪，老實說在沒有進去以前，都以為這是一棟住宅大樓，而就算進到大廳，也感覺到空間跟一般的辦公大樓不大一樣，一樓的大廳非常漂亮，寬敞明亮，甚至比星巴克還要高檔，參觀的當天還放著非常舒服的背景輕音樂，中庭的花園不大但是非常有日本禪味，辦公空間聘請了無印良品來打造實品屋，看起來相當簡約有個性，頂樓還有會議室與泳池，整體而言，真的是比高級住宅還舒服的商辦空間。不過在現場聽到不二價45萬一坪的開價，確實有讓人吃驚，但也許就是憑藉藝文特區絕版的地段，業者才敢開這個價位吧。
Arts and Cultural Special Zone Xiaoping Digital Commercial Office Space
I visited in July 2018. I honestly thought it was a residential building before I went in. Even when I entered the lobby, I felt that the space was different from that of a normal office building. The lobby on the first floor was very beautiful, spacious and bright. , Even more upscale than Starbucks. On the day of the visit, there is a very comfortable background with light music. The garden in the atrium is not big but it has a Japanese Zen flavor. The office space hired Muji to build a real house, which looks quite simple and individual. There are also meeting rooms and swimming pools on the top floor. On the whole, it is really more comfortable business space than high-end residences. However, it was really surprising to hear the price of 450,000 per square meter of Fujitsu at the scene, but maybe it is because of the out-of-print lot of the Arts and Cultural District that the industry dares to open this price.

大廳裡面的裝潢低調不會太過奢華，非常氣派！
The entrance is a bit hard to find, it's on the side, but the security will help you out and it's nice.
The decoration in the hall is low-key and not too luxurious, very stylish!
