每次等叫號都要等上半小時
櫃檯都沒人，不叫號
顧著聊天讓客人等待
以為別人的時間都不是時間
感受非常差

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google map地圖定位錯誤，定位在水溝旁，其實是在桃園世貿帝國大樓這，今天下大雨辦事情，剛好在新安東京海上桃園辦事處辦事，下樓準備去南山產險（定位錯的地方）好險在一樓公司看板發現有南山產險，不然白忙一場，希望貴公司趕緊修正

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 保險過戶每次都等半個小時以上，自家業務出單還跟我們一起抽號碼條，那麼多間保險公司就南山最糟糕，我只是要批改卻要等前面的人出強制險、任意險，然後都是他們自家的業務，有夠莫名其妙，不能用一個專門批改的窗口嗎？
如果要跟上其他產險公司我建議你們改善！

I just want to make corrections but I have to wait for the people in front to take out mandatory or arbitrary insurance. Then they are all their own business. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日去辦理強制險過戶，抽號碼牌後立即到號辦理，櫃台小姐親切說明服務快速專業，還主動提醒新辦強制險也要先去辦過戶後(不同產險公司)才能去監理站，給予五顆星鼓勵，要繼續維持下去~
