今天吃了乾板條，麵體非常Q彈，伴隨台式醬油膏及油蔥，味道很夠，不過上面的肉片是..點綴用的，存在感不重。板條好吃。
油豆腐，就是市售油豆腐味，醬油膏太多，鹹。
內用有位直接坐下，就會有人過來點餐，餐點到齊直接收錢，小心忙到沒找你錢...

It is a gooey, slurpable dish, more soup than noodle, with an intense briny taste.
Don't forget to add some vinegar, which is the MOST for traditional flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for a bowl of old fashion flavor soup noodle - "Che-Ar mein". The soup was pretty tasty and matched old fashion flavor. This place is famous on its other Hakka style noodle soup and oyster fine noodle soup.. I did not try them since the business was really good and need a wait. Service is OK since it's a food stall style eat-in place.
