不建議點熟成檸果 它就是切片擰檬放進紅茶裡 回家自己來就行

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買了兩次飲料都沒封好，第一次去買拿到就發現有漏，馬上跟店員反應，第二次我沒注意，到家才發現飲料又漏出來，打電話給店員告知飲料封口有問題，店員說是我壓到飲料，好好笑，都沒看到車廂怎麼就知道是我壓到？況且這已經發生第二次，處理問題的方式真的有待加強，居然不是先檢查封口機是否有問題，而是先質疑客人。

看到4.5個客人開始排隊了
但不用付款飲料也早就做好還說要排隊
那你們用這個系統要幹嘛
如果今天我是現金付款排隊我就認了
但我今天是已線上付款了
其他店都是先處理線上訂
第一次聽到還要排隊的
忙可以理解
但這樣的態度跟顧客服務是否要加強訓練
對單 讓客人拿個飲料不會很久吧
到現在還要聽前面客人點餐等時間
那應該不需要使用線上點系統了
叫客人都直接現場點就好了啊
我也餐飲服務業的

點完當下的客人 再拿給我 我還不會說什麼
