★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 連續好多次家人在直通車配鏡,服務態度不但差,也毫無專業可言,且已經發生第三次狀況了,再也不會去了。
1.遠近兩用度數配錯,拿到眼鏡家人說完全看不清楚...根本沒配好一點也不專業.去門市問店家態度差且不做處理。最後還是自己打去客服才願意幫忙做處理。
比較其他家連鎖眼鏡行,遠近兩用配鏡會幫忙 量眼位.調整鏡框,直通車完全都沒做.......且其他家眼鏡行一樣的狀況,如有配不清楚或不適合的情況,購買日一年內還有免費更換度數服務。
2.拿自己無框鏡去配近視眼鏡,拿到眼鏡當下,用肉眼很明顯發現鏡片水平看完全是一高一低歪掉的狀態.....請他重新做.店員卻硬拗是鏡框歪的問題...
明明鏡框都是好的,會想用自己的框是因為原來的框材質很好也不便宜......
後來也沒處理想說算了..家人急著要用眼鏡沒得帶,結果家人帶不到幾個月,有一邊的鏡片整個掉下來.....
拿去問別家連鎖眼鏡行得到的答覆是:
它兩邊鏡片水平沒有量好,所以鏡片才會一高一低,是技術不好......無框眼鏡製作很靠技術,鏡片之間水平線一定要對齊,不然容易歪.....跟鏡架無關係,看起來你的鏡架也沒有問題。
且他硬拗是鏡框問題....如果是鏡框本身的狀況,直通車還接受配鏡片服務,那他們非常有問題......通常不能配的框或有問題的我們一定會直接拒接。
3.前幾天拿到眼鏡,拿到眼鏡不到一個小時,不小心壓到一點,鏡片就破損,打電話去以為可以保固,沒想到店長只是笑笑說1.56本來就易裂.....
當初本來也只要拿自己好的框去配鏡片,問店經理有什麼活動,就開始推銷買一送一2280再加遠近兩用比你配舊的划算等等....後來有心動考慮想說要不另外一副給另一個家人多配一副用。
後來店經理還要繼續推銷
,要我們除了配買一送一,原本自己的框也好好的,可以再加配鏡片,一次要推銷我們配到3副....
後來店經理再填單子時,寫了1.56折射率鏡片,問對方能不能改成1.60或1.67的折射率(家人的度數約400-500度,本來就可以用到這個折射率)
對方卻說不見得1.60,1.67折射率就比較好,說低度數不用這折射率.......
用1.56就可以了,如果我們硬要用到,還要再加收1500元(自框1500+1500=3000元)
再加上推銷的買一送一的,這樣總共都要破5000了,很明顯感覺被推銷了,所以拒絕了.....店經理好像感覺沒推銷成功,瞬間態度變很差......
最後決定還是就用自框1500元配鏡片。
拿到眼鏡不到一小時鏡片就破損了,之前那麼多次破損鏡片都配1.56不就白浪費錢嗎!那還叫我們配.......說低度數不用配高折射率......
最後鏡片破損了卻改口.....還說如果要換那片破損鏡片要再加900元(原本是750元,現在漲價了....)
等於我要花=1500+900元再重新配鏡片......
後來跑去家裡附近的小*眼鏡,把情況告知對方,店員回覆二個月內意外發生破損會免費更換,且價格一樣1500元(單一片750元)
以後再也不會去直通車了.......

2. Use your own rimless glasses to match myopia glasses. When you get the glasses, it is obvious with the naked eye that the lenses are completely crooked at the level of one high and one low... Ask him to do it again. The clerk is stubborn. The problem of crooked frame...
Obviously, the frames are all good, and I want to use my own frame because the original frame material is very good and not cheap...
Later, I didn’t deal with it and wanted to say forget it.. The family was anxious to use glasses and didn’t have to wear them. But within a few months, the family members had to take them, and one side of the lens fell off.....
I asked the other chain eyewear shop and the answer was:
The level of the lenses on both sides of the lens is not good, so the lens will be one high and one low. The technology is not good...The production of rimless glasses depends on technology. The horizontal lines between the lenses must be aligned, otherwise it will be easy to crook... .It has nothing to do with the frame, it seems that your frame is fine.
And it is the problem of the frame...If it is the condition of the frame itself, and the through train also accepts the service of matching lenses, then they are very problematic...Usually we will directly direct the frames that cannot be equipped or have problems. Reject.
3. I got the glasses a few days ago, and it took less than an hour to get the glasses. I accidentally pressed a little and the lens was broken. I called and thought it was guaranteed. I didn't expect the manager just smiled and said that 1.56 was originally easy to crack... .
At the beginning, I only had to use my own good frame to match the lenses, and asked the store manager what activities he had. Then I started to sell the buy one get one free 2280, plus the far and near dual use is more cost-effective than the old one.... Then I thought about it. Said whether to use another pair for another family member.
Later, the store manager will continue to sell
, In addition to buying one get one free, we can add lenses to our original frame, so we can sell 3 pairs at a time...
Later, when the store manager filled out the list again, he wrote 1.56 refractive index lenses and asked if he could change the refractive index to 1.60 or 1.67 (the refractive index of the family is about 400-500 degrees, which can be used in the first place)
But the other party said that it is not necessarily 1.60. The refractive index of 1.67 is better, and that the refractive index is not used for low power.......
Just use 1.56. If we insist on using it, we will add another 1500 yuan (from the box 1500+1500=3000 yuan)
Coupled with the promotion of buy one get one free, the total will be over 5000. Obviously I feel that I have been promoted, so I rejected it.....The store manager seems to feel that the promotion is not successful, and his attitude becomes very bad in an instant... ...
The final decision is to use the self-framed 1500 yuan with lenses.
The lens was broken in less than an hour after I got the glasses, and it was a waste of money if I used 1.56 for so many broken lenses! That is why we are equipped with... said that low power does not need to be equipped with high refractive index...
In the end the lens was damaged but changed.....I also said that if you want to replace the broken lens, you will have to add 900 yuan (originally 750 yuan, and now the price has increased...)
It means that I have to spend = 1500+900 yuan to re-fit the lenses...
Later, I ran to the small glasses near my house and informed the other party. The clerk responded that accidental damage occurred within two months and would be replaced for free, and the price was the same at 1,500 yuan (a single piece of 750 yuan)
I will never go to the through train again...
