都是服務人員，所以能夠體諒
但是態度除了很糟糕之外，都用嘻笑的方式回應令人感到相當的不適

They are all service staff, so I can understand
But in addition to the bad attitude, they all responded in a hilarious way, which made people feel quite uncomfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃台人員不親切，只是普通的咳嗽感冒，繳完掛號費後，看診完被告知拿好的藥要再加一點點錢，整筆下來乾脆去大間一點看比較實在，就感覺很差，重點也沒看好。
The staff at the counter is not friendly, it's just a common cough and cold. After paying the registration fee, I was told to add a little money to the medicine after seeing the doctor. I just went to the big room to see the truth, and I felt very bad. The point is Not optimistic either.

剛剛只是打電話詢問是否可以做PCR(因為在健保署網站有列出)，接電話的小姐態度非常惡劣，極度不耐煩的說：”我們還沒開始啦！妳去問別家開始的！我很忙！”然後啪一聲把電話直接掛斷～
然而從頭到尾，我只客氣的問了第一句：”請問慈文可以做PCR嗎？”
如果，這就是慈文診所的態度，那麼你們真的不用勉強配合政府，再把氣出在求診民眾身上！
This is the first time I've given a one star negative review.
I just called to ask if PCR can be done (because it is listed on the website of the National Health Insurance Agency), the lady who answered the phone had a very bad attitude and said extremely impatiently: "We haven't started yet! You go and ask someone else to start it! I I'm busy!" and hung up the phone with a snap.
However, from the beginning to the end, I only politely asked the first sentence: "Can Ciwen do PCR?"
If this is the attitude of the Ciwen Clinic, then you really don't have to cooperate with the government and take your anger out on the people who seek medical treatment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一開始看評論服務態度有點怕怕的，實際造訪覺得裡面的護理師、醫師尤其二樓物理治療師美又專業親切…..其實醫療業不是服務業（就算服務業也不是賣笑的啊）能提供專業診療才是重點，忙起來誰在那邊有空處理病患心情問題…..能解決身體疼痛問題比較重要～禮拜天能看到骨科，落枕肩頸痠痛一個禮拜有舒緩，推～看醫生也是要有醫生緣的，先生緣主人福，客客氣氣彼此有良好醫病診療關係循環～
