I didn't specify any particular area so the masseuse concentrated on the shoulders and back. She mainly did pressure press and a forearm grind technique, the latter being somewhat painful at times to be honest. Think I fell asleep halfway through as the hour passed by quicker than I anticipated. Not the best but not too bad.
