★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我是定泰經國翫的買家。因為驗屋拖延、修繕拖拖拉拉、交屋後公設還一塌糊塗（詳參桃園法院109年度重訴第292號判決書內容）在網路上曝光這家建商，希望其他消費者擦亮眼睛，反而收到了民事、刑事開庭傳票。我作為消費者，沒有請建商賠償我的損失，要求只是希望能給我一直品質合格的房子，被建商刑事、民事一起告，還被勒索一千萬。幸好法律是公正的，即便是大財團，也不能打壓公民的言論和發表意見的自由。民事沒告成，刑事不起訴，這可能是台灣地產界第一家告客戶反而被地檢署法院雙認證的建商！翫里挑一，廣而告之。
