Personal experience: Stopped for 3.5 hours (including food court eating and visiting the doctor), no free half-hour delivery. After inquiring, I realized that parking for half an hour is free. If you leave the venue within half an hour, you don't have to pay, and if you stop for more than half an hour, you still have to pay in full.
