★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 掛號系統很詭異，但與人員之間的對話，經過醫師了解情況並予以解釋後，似乎是人員不熟悉的問題。
許醫師講解親切有條理，不會給人急躁敷衍了事的感覺，然後會細心詢問病患過去史等，是值得信賴的好醫師。
The registration system is very strange, but the dialogue with the personnel, after the doctor understands the situation and explains it, seems to be a problem that the personnel are not familiar with.
Dr. Xu's explanations are kind and organized, and he will not give people the feeling of being impatient and perfunctory. He will then carefully ask the patient's past history, etc., and is a good doctor who can be trusted.

但現在住這邊只好就近，來微笑看過三四次了
沒研究哪個醫生ok，但剛好就都遇到許耀文醫生
感覺很認真的看診，也不會不耐煩、敷衍可以推推
但櫃檯護士真的就如評論區一樣….看了櫃檯負面評論很多，感覺有評論跟沒評論差不到哪去，因為沒怎麼改善?maybe很忙，所以態度就..好吧不可考
醫生正常就好?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯態度極差，可以體諒疫情期間比較忙碌，但自己的情緒不該轉嫁到他人身上；去幫朋友拿藥兩次感覺都很差，平頭那位櫃檯就是說妳！問個問題而已妳是吃炸藥嗎？妳拿藥單給人都不用說請隔壁領藥？今天另一位也是一樣，只是用詢問口氣說明來意而已，口氣都超差！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 許醫師很細心，但是櫃台的小姐果然像其他評論所說的。
櫃台小姐可能覺得對於看手機內的美食以及聊天比回答客人的問題還重要，因此對病人惜字如金。
也還好貴診所的藥房就在旁邊，櫃檯小姐覺得大家都不用他們說明就知道要去哪里拿藥，連說明都不用。
可能這是貴診所已經在大家評論後加強教育訓練的結果，沒訓練前應該更慘不忍睹吧…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來這間診所看診2年了，疫情期間人們可能都比較緊張、緊繃，近期看到很多負面評論都在檢討護理師態度問題，可能因為看診時遇到的護理師都很友善，對待家裡小朋友們也都很有耐心，所以沒特別感受⋯
最近身體不好較常出入診所，剛好有幾次遇到待看診的人們因為各種自身問題而小題大作⋯
例如今天下午遇到一位阿姨貌似是沒帶健保卡需要抵押金這種問題，對護理師不禮貌還一直質問護理人員（沒帶健保卡要抵押金不是每間診所都這樣嗎？），然後嚷鬧著說為什麼要付錢？不付錢你還來看診？？？
還有遇到孩子們哭鬧追打、診所裡奔跑，顧著滑手機的爸爸媽媽們⋯各位24小時陪伴孩子辛苦了，但診所不是各位小朋友的遊樂場，真心希望可以適當制止失控的孩子們。
最近看到護理師們都是生面孔，不知道是不是剛好都沒遇到老面孔，還是都被各位「貴賓們」氣跑了？在這醫療量能緊繃的情況下政府也無所作為，只希望這些護理師及醫師們都能得到適當的鼓勵及支持。
醫師及護理師們賣的是專業技能與知識，而不是接收各位負面需求的垃圾桶，辛苦了，加油！
