環境不太像是印象中板前的感覺,但乾淨整潔,唯獨用餐時好像沒有空調,下雨天有些潮濕悶熱 這次用餐點了京日式和懷石兩個套餐。京料理的主餐是角煮,五花肉塊不知道為什麼居然有兩種不一樣的口感。顏色看起來比較淡的,瘦肉不會太柴,肥肉部分軟嫩,皮也Q彈;顏色較深的肉塊,瘦肉相當的柴,好像滷了很久的感覺,調味上也偏鹹一點,但角煮整體的調味還是偏甜的。蘿蔔入口即化非常美味! 荒煮的調味也偏甜,愛爾蘭鮭魚整體偏軟爛一點,另一個沒記錯應該是紅甘(?) 魚肉很紮實有嚼勁,但吃不太到魚本身的鮮味,甜度太高了點。 小菜沒什麼記憶點,味噌湯的調味太清淡,連味噌本身的味道都很淡。 額外加點了一條魚做烤和荒煮,結果荒煮調味一模一樣,還是吃不太到魚本身的味道,整體調味依舊太甜。烤魚溫度不太夠,魚本身反而調味偏淡的感覺,只有表層有點醬料的部分帶有鹹甜的滋味,魚本身的特色不太明顯。 加點的生魚片,紅甘表現不錯,肉厚實還有魚本身的甘甜,愛爾蘭鮭魚就一般的鮭魚,但口感稍微黏了一點點,魚油得香氣不太夠。 加點的比目魚壽司應該是表現最優的。原本是點安鱇魚肝炙燒比目魚緣側,但老闆說最近買不到新鮮的安鱇魚肝,改搭配德國乳酪。比目魚炙燒後的口感入口即化,魚油在口中化開,淡乳酪個人覺得和比目魚感覺不是很搭,乳酪本身的味道太搶眼了,總覺得沒辦法喝比目魚融合的很好。 整體來說,應該是不會再回訪,回來的話應該也是嘗試壽司而已吧。店家感覺有很努力要表現出板前的精髓,但還是差強人意,有經過可以試試看握壽司,但其他的個人不是非常推薦
