★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社區管理與環境維護做得很好。社區內有超商、小學、幼稚園，還有多座小公園分佈社區。過往每年都有明華園來表演傳統歌仔戲，但因疫情已經停演了！美中不足的是有些進行中的工程材料和殘料沒有收好或設置存放區，任意堆放路邊略顯雜亂

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住了五年繳了管理費，裡面根本不管事，什麼都要自己聯絡的話要你們幹嘛？退租也是嘰嘰歪歪受了一堆氣，樓上吵鬧也不處理叫我們自己去找警察，完全不辦事，喔對了紗窗破了報修了五年也沒修好喔，還問我那有很重要嗎？如果想浪費管理費的可以來住住看，笑死

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to live, been here all my life. Convenient with the shuttle bus to and fro the hospital which means you can literally go anywhere. Or early school and work busses directly to Taipei, as well as a convenience store that's more like a grocery store. Parks to play in, trees all over. Terrific place to live, you can hear the sounds of nature just beside you in the literal sense.
