訂了東西,已經到營業所8天了!每天問,都說不知道會不會配送喔!我們都不保證的! 那就想知道了!你們打算放多久? 同樣新竹貨運,其他營業所速度跟態度都非常好,就這間到底怎麼了?總公司都不管他們嗎?

5/27賣家就將包裹寄出 5/29包裹從竹北已送到龜山營業所 一直到6/1-6/2電話都打不通,沒收到包裹 沒辦法聯絡! 因為連假需要用到包裹,所以到現場想要自取,卻被告知包裹所在的貨櫃還沒拆封,5/29到現場的包裹,經過了5/30、5/31、6/1、6/2都還沒拆封?! 完全不能接受⋯ 就算有急件到現場也是領不到包裹 非常糟糕的一次經驗! 也找不到申訴管道! 6/3查詢進度顯示配送中 之後又改成與客戶另約時間配送(? 完全沒接到電話喔! 所以是跟哪位客戶另約時間配送? 如果不是跟客戶本人另約,應該不能這樣註記吧

發現貨已經在龜山營業所三天沒有派送,撥了聯絡電話確定貨物後,接電話的小姐有告知過年前貨量太多還在努力派送,就決定自己來取貨了。 一到現場看真的是滿滿的貨,接洽我的年輕弟弟非常親切沒有任何不耐煩,幫我找貨找好陣子,跟他聊了一下還有看現場很多員工不停在整理、找貨、上車,很是辛苦。 所以想上來給個好評,如果真的有急貨,方便的話可以來自取。不急的貨就請給他們一點時間吧~

一開始看到評論很低有點擔心但個人覺得服務人員態度很好可能是其他人來寄貨時跟工作人員彼此之間的互相溝通協調有些問題吧
At first I saw that the comments were very low, but I personally felt that the attitude of the service staff was very good. Maybe it was because there were some problems with the communication and coordination between the staff and the staff when other people came to send the goods.

有夠糟糕的體驗 明明就有註記18:00前無法收貨 貨運司機依然下午送件 告知收件者不在然後就無包裹下落 聯絡物流中心前往自取電話打不進去 又請客服人員協助改安排自取 與客服人員再三確認自取的時間後於指定時間前往 物流中心工作人員卻說包裹仍在貨運車上 只好晚上9點後再跑一趟 送貨司機、倉儲人員跟客服人員都很辛苦 但是三方彼此之間資訊卻不同步 到底是哪個環節出了問題? 體恤工作人員的辛苦 但以收件者的角度 苦等不到包裹 親自跑倉儲兩次才取到件 確實感覺困擾 營運模式是否有改善的辦法?

新竹貨運真的時間管理+品質管理很差!我理解疫情關係可能人力減少造成送貨時間延長,上個禮拜寄貨2天就到,這次居然一個禮拜還沒到貨!!!而且還給我寄到貨物退回!我每天確認甚至跟客服確認,貨物一直卡在龜山營業所,我實在氣到不知道要說甚麼,且要等一個禮拜的貨物我乾脆寄超商還比較快!為何要花更多錢請你們寄貨?也沒比較好的服務,上次用硬殼行李箱寄水果,還可以摔到裡面水果爛掉!大物流公司的服務也就這樣!

Absolutely terrible. They took six days to deliver my package to my apartment, which is less than 5km from their office. They said they couldn't find my address, which is right next to a major shopping center (and where I've had 100+ packages successfully delivered from other carriers). Then, after they "found" my address, they took two full days to deliver the package there.
