長期因坐姿不良肩頸僵硬,還有無痛分娩時的腰痛副作用,治療師都幫忙舒緩了許多。課後還會指導一些自己能夠執行的復健動作,讓身體的狀況越來越進步。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我腰痛時間長達近一年的時間,從重訓造成的痠痛感開始,延續到疼痛,無法久坐久站彎腰使力,過程中看過骨科、風濕免疫科、復健科,至少都換過2家以上醫院或診所,且持續吃了2個月的關節止痛消炎藥遲未改善,後來因朋友介紹來到江治療師這裡,因已經重複過多遍自己的病史,又開始從頭描述症狀與病痛的轉移等,江治療師從看X光片詳細問診至少15分鐘,了解我什麼時候疼痛、哪邊疼痛、疼痛期間等,後續到治療室驚嚇治療師從我走路開始就在觀察,接著從站姿,測試各種動作仔細說明造成疼痛的原因,我第一次遇到治療師可以仔細說明為何造成疼痛,以及我哪個動作需要改善,可以從什麼動作訓練,將我一年來的疼痛原因融會貫通的找出,並且過程中會持續詢問我當下的感受,並紀錄我的訓練動作讓我回家練習,我看診完一次之後就已經停掉止痛藥,且可以彎腰、正常坐著上班,只有腰痛的人才能懂腰痛到影響生活的感受,現在持續看診中,也是第一次打這麼長串的評論?因為真的太感謝自己的腰得到救贖了!當下會改善很多,但回家持續的動作訓練也很重要??謝謝江治療師的細心專業!
My low back pain lasted for nearly a year. It started from the soreness caused by heavy training and continued to pain. I couldn’t sit and stand for a long time and bend over to make myself hard. During the process, I have seen orthopedics, rheumatism and immunology, and rehabilitation, at least all of them have been changed. In 2 or more hospitals or clinics, I have been taking joint painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs for 2 months and have not improved. Later, I came to the therapist Jiang because of a friend's introduction. Because I had repeated my medical history too many times, I started to describe the symptoms and pain from the beginning. After seeing the X-ray film, therapist Jiang made detailed consultations for at least 15 minutes to understand when I was in pain, which side of the pain, and the duration of the pain. Follow-up to the treatment room scared the therapist to observe from the beginning of my walking, and then from standing Posture, test various movements and explain the causes of pain carefully. The first time I met a therapist, he could explain in detail why the pain was caused, and which movement I needed to improve, and what movement training could be used to find the cause of my pain in the past year. I will continue to ask about my current feelings during the process, and record my training movements so that I can go home to practice. I have stopped the painkillers after seeing the doctor once, and can bend over and sit to work normally. Only low back pain Only those who understand how low back pain affects their lives are now continuing to see a doctor, and this is the first time that they have made such a long list of comments.
