這樣的活動空間 又有小流理台可以煮東西 獨立電費 CP值算不錯了

有警衛代收貨物很方便
有ABCDEF共6棟
頂樓有曬衣場跟投幣式洗衣機、烘衣機 損壞機率大 登記維修也只能多壞幾台讓台北的維修公司一次修好 但還是很容易壞 感覺沒有想要更新機台
有什麼樣的鄰居只能靠運氣
不反對養寵物 但個人覺得空間不適合中型犬以上的體型 空間對牠們而言可能太小會讓他們焦躁 就容易在半夜叫 很擾民 跟警衛反映後也只會柔性勸導
抽菸的照常抽煙讓樓道很臭 勸導根本沒用
