乾麵，麻醬是地雷，非常非常不好吃。
以前乾麵是炸醬，現在是麻醬省成本。

其實不是無名，前代闆娘經營時熟客都稱呼闆娘‘阿蘭姨’，所以我們稱之為阿蘭麵店，不記得有沒掛過招牌。現任闆娘稱呼前任闆娘“阿姑”，接手麵店也有十多年了，是在地平易近人的麵店，近午餐時段要早點來用餐，否則內用外帶會等較久喔。

In fact, it’s not nameless. When the previous generation Banniang was in business, regular customers called Banniang ‘Aunt Alan’, so we called it Alan Noodle Shop. The current Banniang is called the former Banniang "Auntie", and she has taken over the noodle shop for more than ten years. It is an approachable noodle shop in the local area. You should eat early during lunch hours, otherwise you will have to wait a long time for the inside and take-out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開很久的麵店了，以前是兩個阿姨在掌廚，現在應該是兩代在經營了。
用餐環境不是很優雅，但餐點口味還行，提供的辣椒還夠味的。
It’s been a long time since I opened a noodle shop. I used to be two aunts in charge of the chef, but now it should be two generations in operation.
The dining environment is not very elegant, but the taste of the meal is okay, and the chili provided is good enough.

餛飩調味不夠
米粉湯不是一般所認知的米粉湯
其實是應該稱為湯米粉會比較恰當
湯頭沒有到一口接一口的程度
只是太太卻覺得很好吃
也許下回該試試較多人提的乾麵
看看是否能改觀

In fact, it should be called Tomomi Noodles.
The soup is not as good as one bite after another
But my wife thinks it's delicious
Maybe next time I should try the dried noodles that more people mention

此為傳統口味的乾麵，已由炸醬麵變成麻醬麵.大碗麵應有兩把麵的份量，確實吃的很飽，這家麵吃的為回憶.
不到難吃，但暫時不到驚艷的部份.
用餐時段生意還是很好.
