老闆的動作很快 韭菜盒不錯吃 我也只會買韭菜盒(比較重口味) 小籠包建議可以去買斜對角店面阿北的那間是更讚ㄛ ————————————————- 因為我這間幾乎回購只買韭菜盒而已 無法給予評分~~~ 但每次早餐時段看來客數不少 建議路過可以買 想吃豆漿店可以特地過來買 沒啥想吃的時候不一定要吃這間就是了

有個女店員煎得特別好吃!她會把醬料擠在蛋餅裡再折起來放進袋子裡給客人,這間店能有這位工作人員真的是寶藏啊~⭐️ 一般的蛋餅通常是煎完了捲起來切幾段盛裝給客人,再依客人自己的喜好加醬料,但這樣有幾個缺點 1.因為煎完裝後餅內的蛋是接觸到空氣的,也代表說在吃的同時,其他還沒吃的部分也會持續繼續流失水分和溫度。 2.醬如果是淋在蛋餅的外層,就沒辦法已最好的順序去品嚐,因為照理會先感覺到常溫的醬油膏,再來是餅皮,接著才是蛋(並且愈後面水分會愈流失)。 但那位女店員做出來的蛋餅完美了克服這些缺陷!那蛋餅吃下去的口感不但水分不流失,而且完整的把蛋的香氣包裹在餅皮裡,而最內層的醬料的量也拿捏的恰到好處,一口咬下去,Q彈的餅皮,緊跟著蛋的軟內和香氣,最後是點綴那蛋餅的醬汁,那美妙的口感一口總是不夠,因為每一口都好吃到,入口即化。
