只要收集相關證據向桃園市政信箱投訴
是會被稽查
屢勸不聽是可以罰款的
還有因爲非住戶而向停在騎樓的機車收費或鎖車
是已經違法強制罪
可以報警請警方處理

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為孩子在龜山工作,這裡離工作處近,看了幾戶,發現房子幾乎整層是一個屋主,所以房價亂喊的,不管坪數樓層全一個價。(屋主有喊價的自由;我有不當盤子的理由)110年180萬賣不掉111年加價220賣。現在更是叫價258-268萬
某戶才7坪多也要賣220萬,1坪要價31萬,旁邊的活力城市9坪套房實價登錄成交230萬(人家屋齡不到20年)
40年屋齡,房門是木門(沒防火的)某樓梯廳內看到住戶貼告示:「都是甘苦人,別再撬門了。」這樣還號稱飯店式管理?
週六日是沒管理員的,我看屋時正巧一樓的門鎖壞了。(不用感應扣就可進出了)
2013年火災的新聞畫面都還搜尋得到哦!消防安全檢查有過關嗎?
