隔了幾年後前幾天去吃覺得有些可惜，沒有向以往先炒肉再加湯，而是直接加洋蔥、蒜泥及高湯到鍋子裡，少了一點味道，如果能恢復以往就好了！
蛤蜊很新鮮大顆??牛肉也很新鮮很好吃！雞肉就比較不推薦，在室溫退冰後，肉會全部黏在一起，一夾就碎成小塊小塊
