透過外送點了四個品項,超厚雞肉起司丹麥麵包,超厚雞肉起司滿分堡,歐姆蛋可頌和冰奶茶。收到餐點後,發現前兩個品項都漏加起司(這已經是店家第二次這樣的行為),致電過去後,店家表示自己有加甚至還質疑客人是否無法分辨黃色起司和醬的顏色,與店家反應可以過來取回餐點自己確認,店家仍舊堅持自己有加,溝通到最後也才表示店內有人員異動可能有疏失漏加,也表達之後外送時可以備註會再補東西(店家的疏失還要讓客人自己再次去該店家點餐才能再送東西?)雖然店家口氣沒有差,但是回應的內容跟處理方式讓人感到非常不舒服,請問店家照片裡面的餐點是有加起司嗎?
