第二次預約了,但提早到,也不可以,因為現場沒有多餘的銷售人員能服務,叫我們去吃飯再過去,就是過中午吃過了才去,專程去那裡,結果什麼鬼都沒,叫我們站在櫃檯等,能不能請多一點的銷售人員服務啊?一趟路去到那,不是過條路過個街就會到的
另外補充一點,會用打量人家穿著方式來看待客人,我們不過是穿著隨性t-shirt+牛仔褲,所以就不能好好接待嗎?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 禾悅花園以預售屋來看,算是建材、規劃有用心的物件,但是如同大家所抱怨的,代銷真的很不優?!!!

第一次去認真聽了快5個小時的說明,雖然派給我們的代銷蔡小姐時常打斷、無視我們的問題,態度強勢且不容質疑挑戰,但我們還是好脾氣的讓她拼命說她想說的話,只希望大家都能和氣買賣。
當下已經心動將禾悅花園納入第一購買選擇,就在我提出想將合約樣本帶回家審閱後,代銷瞬間爆走,不斷咄咄逼人質問為何想將合約帶回去看(啊法規就說可以啊?買房子不能先仔細研究你們家合約?是當作買1、2千塊的東西?),還說反正到時也是簽空白合約,看了也沒用(這句話真的讓我超匪夷所思)。
直到提供了證件影本與填寫借閱單後,他們才願意出借合約樣本讓我們帶回去參閱……

第二次回去議價時,我們也釋出真的想購買的誠意在討論,結果代銷蔡小姐只是一直灌輸房子很棒,現在買很超值,當作投資標的未來一定增值,給你們的開價已經算很低了,去外面買根本沒有這種行情……
過程中我對她所說的部份內容表示不認同,結果還被她斥責:「妳不要在那搖頭!」、「不要嘆氣!」,真的搞得很像被老師上課教訓,整個莫名其妙到不行???
雖然知道買房子代銷只是一個過程,最終決定還是要看自己喜不喜歡這個房子跟地段,但議價到後面其實非常不開心,代銷價格也踩很硬,就算已經議價到快接近我們心中可接受範圍,但不斷被代銷恐嚇或虛張聲勢,最終還是決定放棄繼續談下去,真的太累太生氣了?♀️
※ 當然還是有同時考量到戶數太多、離捷運站步行太遠、科技園區尚未發展成形、生活機能尚無且未來可預期出門交通必堵塞等原因後才放棄,不然只單看物件本身真的不錯~
只能說沒緣分囉……

或許禾悅花園前期賣得不錯吧,所以後面銷控惜售都能理解,但若要用這種態度趕跑真心想購買的客人,我也只能奉勸脾氣真的沒有如同聖人的各位,不要輕易去嘗試他們家代銷服務啊~
※ 小插曲補充:代銷在議價時嚷著叫我們去跟富X建設比較,本來沒打算看富X的建案,算是被氣到了才跑去看,結果最後我們買了富X,這可能是唯一感謝她的地方吧❓

Buy it? Can't the house carefully study your contract first? Is it as a purchase of 1,2,000 yuan?), and also said that anyway, it will be signed a blank contract at that time, and it is useless to read it (this sentence really makes me super unbelievable).
They were not willing to lend a sample of the contract for us to take back for reference until they provided a photocopy of the certificate and filled out the loan form...

Otherwise, just look at the object itself really good~
