Stayed at Joyfultel for 15 nights because of the mandatory quarantine. Extremely satisfied. Clean and comfy room, fast and friendly staffs, carefully curated meals and thoughtfully prepared everyday items for quarantine. 5 stars without questions. For details, this hotel was opened in 2020. Spacious rooms are designed elegantly with great furniture, thoughtful lighting, warmth-providing light-colored wood floor, and a small BALCONY (super important for a 15-night stay). My bathroom has a shower and a toilet with bidet (people who love it cannot survive without it). Staffs were efficient and extremely friendly. I made my reservation via LINE. Their LINE customer service was helpful. In addition to my booking, I asked for a pair of dumbbells, and they put the dumbbells in my room before I checked in. They also bring food deliveries to rooms because people must stay in their rooms for quarantine. I ordered Taiwanese fried chicken, and the fried chicken arrived hot. Thanks to the Uber Eats driver and hotel staffs, they wasted no time. I believe Joyfultel partners with a few good restaurants. It seemed to me that they are doing a 14-day menu rotation, so rarely same dish appeared twice. Meals were of good quality, mostly Taiwanese or Japanese. Fruit box came twice a week, providing a good balance to the quarantine diet. I prepared a lot of everyday items for the 15-day stay, but I rarely need them because Joyfultel provide most everyday items. I used my own toothpaste and floss (though disposal ones were provided). The only missing item was mouth wash. I brought my own so I did not ask Joyfultel about it. It was an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend Joyfultel for quarantine stay and I believe it would also be the top choice for all other purposes.

My 7 year old daughter says her favorite memory of this stay will be the delicious meals that never repeats! My 4 year old son loves running around the super spacious room. They both love the immaculate room, the set-up, and the balcony. The room has all the amenities you need for your stay: water, fridge, lots of tissues and toilet paper and so much MORE. The children loves wandering in and out from the room to the balcony. The service is something that stands out from the very beginning- when I was trying to sound out all the hotels in Singapore. They responds SUPER promptly and was very helpful. The friendly service continues to extend when we arrive. Overall we are very impressed with our stay here. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and happy!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel (separately) for quarantine from 29/11/2021 to 14/12/2021. There are already plenty of great reviews about this hotel. The only thing I can add is - all of them are very true! Basically the hotel has everything you can possibly ask for, from facility to service. Even if they don’t (which I highly doubt), they always accommodate your wishes. I am grateful to spend 15 nights of my life with this hotel.

We had a wonderful, relaxed and satisfied stay at the Joyfultel (悦徠館) from September 13, 2021 to September 28. The hotel certainly made it easy to survive the 14-days/15-nights quarantine. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and well stocked with daily essentials when we moved in. We especially appreciated that there was a balcony - you could walk out to breathe in fresh air, enjoy the view and hang the laundry. Now, the food. The hotel spent laudable efforts to ensure each meal is unique and offering a wide range of variety. At each meal time, we enjoyed being surprised by the kind of food delivered and of course the food itself. Since the stay was quite comfortable, the 15 nights passed rather quickly. The bottom line: we highly recommend the hotel - this is our hotel of choice the next time we come back to Taiwan.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed for quarantine in past 2 years. The service is excellent, you could ask for Yoga Pad and dumbbell for exercise free. And hotel room is quite big and clean. The best thing is there is a small balcony in every room. You could still breathe fresh air during quarantine. The food they offer is also great, I don’t see any meal repeat in the period and they even offer special meal in holiday without additional charge. Of course, you could still use Foodpanda or Ubereats to buy any other food you want, and they offer delivery service to your room 24 hours a day.

Quarantine is never fun, but Joyfultel made it a pleasant experience. This was my second time going through quarantine and I enjoyed it here much more than I did the other hotel I stayed at before. The staff were very friendly and welcoming when I first arrived and made the check in process very smooth. They have a company LINE account so could use that to ask any questions if needed. I primarily used the phone if I had any questions since their front desk always answered so quickly. I’ve never experienced a hotel when they answer every call on the first ring! Room was spacious and I was able to reserve a yoga mat and set of 10kg dumbbells. They do offer a bike or treadmill but it sells out quickly. If you plan to stay, definitely book in advance. The room felt nice and modern and the best part was that it had a balcony! Having a balcony is definitely key to making the quarantine feel less stuffy. Food was decent, but I often ended up ordering from Uber eats as well since it was so convenient. The previous hotel I stayed at limited deliveries to certain times of the day. Not Joyfultel. They are available 24/7, so as soon as your Uber eats driver delivers the food to the front desk, they bring it up to your room in one minute. Really really love that about Joyfultel. My one feedback for the staff is that the AC couldn’t get as cold as I liked the first night(I like it at 21C), but thankfully they were able to provide a fan free of charge when I told them about it. Later the room got cold enough so no worries. Lastly, the day I checked out they gave me a gift and a hand written card! What a kind and thoughtful gesture. Great job to the Joyfultel staff! Overall had a great stay and would highly recommend to anyone needing to quarantine.

Big thanks to the management and staffs at Joyfultel. I had a comfortable quarantine stay. Joyfultel is an excellent hotel choice even during non-quarantine time. I listed some of the “pluses +” about this hotel. Some of the pluses were more noticeable for extended stay. In no specific order, the pluses are: Balcony, high Ceiling, good size sink, hardwood floor, sound insulation, well lighted room, quiet neighborhood, well stock amenities, plenty electrical outlets, comfortable lounge chair, open storage space layout, occasional afternoon snack/fruit, not seen repeat meal during stay, timely delivery of hot and tasty meals, plenty of food – I asked to reduce to 2 meals a day, exercise equipment available for rent (reserve early). Book early. The wait is at least 2 months!

I received some recommendations from friends and decided to booked here as my first 7days quarantine location. Overall is satisfied with their facilities, preparations, communications and safety focus. I can tell hotel has paid great efforts on the daily meals choices and trying to make us still have appetite during these boring quarantine.
