麵線為第二代的年輕人夫妻經營，口味也是很道地經典的！
先說這個炸肉圓，也是很膩害的喔！
Q彈中又帶點脆度的外皮，非常有嚼勁！
裡頭的豬肉餡帶點筍角，清爽不油膩！
重點主角就是這個蚵仔大腸麵線了！
每天從漁港載來的新鮮蚵仔，與魯了將近3小時的豬大腸，嚐一口～(嗯～～）！
