It was an eye-opener. It took a month before and after and made five phone calls. I just want to replace the original countertop of their home! I promised to quote, but there was no news at all. I urged me twice and promised to give me a quote. I didn’t have it until the end! I wrote a letter and asked, but I didn't reply at all! I advise you to think twice when looking for a kitchenware manufacturer! This kind of after-sales service is really outrageous!
