雖然每次看診都要等很久,不過醫生問診後能對症下藥,有效是最重要的,先前因為時間兜不攏,所以去其他診所看診,最後還是回來這邊看診,而且照胃鏡可以麻醉,對食道異物很敏感的我來說真的是福音!

蕭醫師人真的很細心,我已經給蕭醫師看很久了,等待看診的時間會比較久是真的,但我個人覺得值得,至於有人說護士態度差,我覺得現在已經好很多了,我在現場看到的通常是有些病患等待時間太久口氣不好,所以覺得護士口氣不好,蕭醫師通常會花很多時間問診,就算是複診也是一樣,覺得狀況有變也會調整藥物,我覺得真的很細心。

初診,晚診六點半前就已將健保卡置於櫃台上等待掛號,因疫情關係於診所外等待,卻遲遲等不到掛號,經詢問,需要病患待在診間等待叫到名字才能完成掛號,所以原本健保卡提早置於櫃台候診,卻因診所未有相關告示,已經兩個小時過去了尚未完成看診。是否有其改善空間?
