但拉麵份量稍嫌不足，只能靠套餐補足份量
炸雞嫩卻含油
可樂餅還不錯
可以來試一次，但回訪就要想想，因為八德的拉麵店可選擇的也不少

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 算好吃，但是沒有驚豔，點的是辛味噌。麵條口感很好但是沒什麼味道，湯和麵有混而不合的感覺。料給的很實在，乾煸金針菇很香。
小菜的泡菜還不錯，唐揚雞很嫩，飲料是一般市售的可樂雪碧檸檬紅茶
總之，這個價位非常符合這道料理的規格

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 加點套餐，有炸豬排、唐揚雞，豬排裹的麵粉偏厚，個人沒有很喜歡，但是豬排旁邊附的醬好吃?唐揚雞不會膩，肌肉多汁又嫩
濃厚豚骨菜色豐富，內有水蓮、筍子、溏心蛋、木耳、蔥花、豚骨一片、雞肉一片。湯頭應該有改良過屬於台人可接受的鹹度。
辛辣魚介豚骨，內有一些蔬菜（請看圖）、兩片肌肉。湯頭蠻多好喝的，喜歡辣味者可嘗試。
整體餐點覺得有中以上，不錯！用餐環境乾淨，不過音樂稍大聲。
Add a set meal, there are fried pork chops, Tang Yang chicken. The flour wrapped in the pork chops is too thick. I don't like it very much, but the sauce attached to the pork chops is delicious.
The rich tonkotsu dishes are rich in variety, including water lotus, bamboo shoots, soft-hearted eggs, fungus, chopped green onion, a piece of tonkotsu, and a piece of chicken. The soup should have an improved saltiness that is acceptable to Taiwanese.
Spicy fish tonkatsu with some vegetables (please see picture) and two pieces of muscle. The soup is quite delicious, and those who like spicy taste can try it.
The overall meal is above average, not bad! The dining environment is clean, but the music is a bit loud.

兩碗湯頭都蠻濃郁，偏鹹一點點，但可請店員加清湯再自行調整鹹度
黑蒜油豚骨是加了一塊雞肉+一片薄叉燒，豚骨湯裡有豬脂，黑蒜油味道不算到很重，想嘗試或不是很愛太重的黑蒜油，這碗還可以
濃厚雞白湯是兩塊雞肉，配料都算是小巧可愛的那種
想吃肉的可能會覺得有點少
溏心蛋外層浸泡沒有到很入味，但配濃郁湯頭還可以接受
炸豬排算可以，調味也不算重，不到非常好吃，胡麻沾醬自己覺得稍微會有點膩
自己會喜歡類似日式照燒醬+偏酸味的搭配
唐揚雞，不知道是否是當天中午第一位出餐，有一塊雞肉的雞臭味蠻明顯，另外兩塊就還好，雞肉本身沒有太多的調味，如果雞肉沒處理好、沒有加沾醬，可能雞臭味就會跑出來，唐揚雞口感不錯
一個店員顧外場及幫忙內場+兩位內場人員
工作氣氛很棒，會提醒及互相幫忙
主要顧外場的人員忙碌中也不失服務態度

整體來說就是傳統的拉麵店
但是感覺味道是針對台灣人設定過
首先招牌的雞白湯拉麵
湯頭的味道味道算可以不死鹹
拉麵內有玉米筍、蘆筍、溏心蛋半顆、雞叉燒兩塊、點綴的番茄跟類似大黃瓜的片？
其實內容物挺豐富的，麵的份量也不少
今天點了套餐，附贈的炸雞非常驚艷，對於喜歡吃炸雞的人一定很愛，有醃漬的味道而且吃的到雞肉的新鮮再來就是皮非常的脆，整體來說中規中矩並不會特別來吃就是適合解解饞的首選，價格算是偏高但是產品有一定的水準。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not open 12:00 noon Wednesday. No reply. No notice on the door, just not open. Googles says it should be open. Anyway….it should be open for lunch! It’s ramen! If you need to close for something important, leave a notice. I payed the parking fee just for you!
I see your reply so here: “closed today” with no other information, very informative! I don’t feel like this counts as leaving a sign! A notice is something that describes your reason for being closed when you should have been open, so people don’t feel like you close randomly whenever you feel like it without regards to your customers or potential customers.
Who will follow your Facebook page just to see when you’re open? I promise you there’s no ramen good enough for someone who just arrived and saw you’re randomly closed. If I was already your fan, maybe. But I’m not. So this response feels kind of rude to me, like your response is actually “it’s your fault for not being our fan quickly enough!” Or “it’s your fault for not calling ahead and checking our facebook first!” …yes. Wow. Google says you’re open, why would I continuously check further?
