店家有知悉這件事即可,一間店商譽不好維持,尤其是賣安全帽的並不像餐飲,可能每天都有好幾則評論湧入,店員個人問題跟店家服務、商品品質並無直接相關,而且我遇過老闆跟資深小姐,覺得客觀評價還是應該要給五顆星所以來改評。
沒想到會花比較長的時間調整安全帽,真的非常不好意思今天拖到資深小姐的下班時間,也非常謝謝她用專業讓顧客可以得到最高品質的服務跟知識。我買的並不是多貴的帽子,但深深感受到店家的專業跟友善,也不枉從大學時期都推薦身邊親友到佐賀購買安全帽的心意(雖然是都去中壢店啦,因為比較近,但反正都是同個老闆……)。
每個人緣分深淺不同,猶如廚師煮食不可能人人滿意,但至少人與人之間可以用一個笑容、一份溫和來溝通。此事就到此為止吧,但以後保養新購可能還是會考慮跑中壢,實在不想踩萬一的雷……。
祝福老闆生意興隆,資深小姐猶如她帶給人如沐春風的溫暖,一切平安如意。

之前是在中壢店買,購物體驗非常好,後來發現這裡有開,小開心一下。
11.30晚間進去,是一位看起來比較資深的小姐幫我服務,專業知識足,對待客人有耐心又熱情,選了一下就下訂,小姐看我對顏色猶豫不決,還很好心說幫我一次訂兩個顏色讓我到貨現場選。
後來電話通知說到貨,12.02到了現場,發現另一頂早就賣掉了。我問,存根聯上不是有寫要雙色給我選嗎?當日的服務店員是一個金色長直髮、左手臂貌似有縫合傷的女生,態度不是很好地說:「她說妳上次看過了啊,我們就賣掉了。」我是不知道你們哪個環節出差錯,但存根聯是我寫的嗎?
終於被簡訊通知這次真的雙色都到貨了,今天(12.09)晚間前往,超倒楣又是她。態度冷淡又很差,完全感受不到對顧客的尊重。她說那位小姐只有早班,那天是她休假才頂,而且假日也都休假居多。無妨,我寧願請假跟資深小姐取貨。後來乾脆跟店員說,妳等那位看起來比較資深的小姐上班再請她撥電話通知我。
那是給她留面子才沒有當面發脾氣還跟她說bye-bye,但這店員真的非常不OK,我非常後悔在八德店購買。如果不想面對顧客,真的不要做服務業,我們並沒有態度不好或當奧客,友善溝通很難嗎?完全顛覆我到中壢店的體驗跟第一次遇到資深小姐的好感度。
我相信她有感受到我的不悅,本人今日沒取貨,她也很錯愕,等資深小姐通知時我一定好好檢查我的帽子。

Thank you very much for her professionalism so that customers can get the highest quality service and knowledge. I didn’t buy expensive hats, but I deeply felt the professionalism and friendliness of the store. I also recommended my relatives and friends to Saga to buy helmets since I was in college. Near, but they are all the same boss anyway...).
Everyone has different degrees of fate, just like a chef cooking is impossible for everyone to be satisfied, but at least people can communicate with each other with a smile and a gentleness. This is the end of the matter, but in the future maintenance of new purchases may still consider running to Zhongli, I really don't want to step on the thunder...
I wish the boss a prosperous business, and the senior lady is like she brings the warmth of the spring breeze, and everything is safe and happy.

I bought it at the Zhongli store before, and the shopping experience was very good. Later I found out that it was open, so I had a little fun.
I went in at night on 11.30. I was served by a lady who seemed more experienced. She was professional and knowledgeable. She was patient and enthusiastic towards the guests. I chose to place an order. Seeing that I was hesitant about the color, the lady kindly said to help me. Order two colors at a time and let me choose on-site.
Later, the phone informed that it had arrived, and I arrived at the scene on 12.02, and found that the other one had been sold long ago. I asked, isn't it written on the stub link that I want to choose two colors for me? The service clerk that day was a girl with long straight blond hair and a suture injury on her left arm. She said with a bad attitude, "She told me you saw it last time, so we sold it." I don't know which one of you. The link went wrong, but did I write the stub link?
Finally, I was informed by a text message that the two colors are all available this time. Today (12.09) I went there in the evening, and it was her again. The attitude is cold and poor, and I can't feel the respect for customers at all. She said that the young lady only had morning shifts, and that she was on vacation that day, and that most of them were on holidays. No problem, I would rather take time off to pick up the goods with the senior lady. Later, I simply told the clerk that you would wait for the older lady who seemed to be more experienced to go to work before asking her to call me and let me know.
That was to save her face, so I didn't lose my temper in person and told her about bye-bye, but the clerk was really not OK. I regretted buying it at the Bade store. If you don't want to face customers, really don't do the service industry. We don't have a bad attitude or be an Austrian customer. Is it difficult to communicate friendly? It completely subverted my experience in Zhongli shop and the goodwill of the first time I met a senior lady.
I believe she felt my displeasure. I did not pick up the goods today. She was also very surprised. I will check my hat when the senior lady informs me.
