★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上下樓隔音很差，經常有住戶反應樓上噪音，物業發公文提醒，與住戶聯繫勸說都罔然，部分住戶素質有待提昇。已經忍受半年多，只能設法搬家了！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建材好，空間寬敞，公共建設管理良善…不過位置稍微偏僻了一些、附近沒有什麼商圈…所以住起來很安靜…但也不太方便。
The building materials are good, the space is spacious, the public construction management is good...but the location is a little remote, there is no business circle nearby...so it is very quiet... but not very convenient.
