不過這個社區（白天班車道）警衛人員服務態度非常差.口氣相當不好.我到過無數個社區.還是第一次遇上這樣子的警衛人員.邊看報紙邊說話.說話口氣像是混黑道的兄弟一樣.??????
因此我對廣豐公園三印象極差。
整體規劃設計還不錯.生活機能也方便。
The third of Guangfeng Park is a design style combining residential and park. The environment is not bad.
However, the service attitude of the guards in this community (daytime bus lane) is very poor. The tone is quite bad. I have visited countless communities. It is the first time that I have encountered such a guard. Reading a newspaper and talking. Underworld brothers.
Therefore, I have a very poor impression of Guangfeng Park Three.
The overall planning and design is not bad. The life function is also convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本來想給五顆星，但是後來看到它竟然沒有具體的圍牆隔離建物和外人，只有低矮的柵欄簡單聊備一格充當隔離界線。腳一跨就可以進去建築物的國界到處觀光了。 而且所有在低矮圍籬外的人，都可以一眼直接透視健身房透明玻璃落地窗裡面每個人的長相、穿著和動作，毫無隱私可言，真是可怕。
另外，中庭看起來非常冷清空蕩，感覺很不好。奇怪！它應該是想走類豪宅路線，但是這兩個點別說是豪宅很忌諱，一般的住宅都不會有這些情形。很可惜！
I originally wanted to give it five stars, but then I saw that there is no specific fence to separate buildings and outsiders, only a low fence is simply reserved as a separation boundary. As soon as you step over, you can enter the border of the building and go sightseeing everywhere. And all the people outside the low fence can directly see the looks, clothes and movements of everyone in the transparent glass floor-to-ceiling windows of the gym at a glance. There is no privacy at all, which is really scary.
Also, the atrium looked very deserted and empty, and it didn't feel good. strangeness! It should want to take the luxury house route, but these two points are very taboo, let alone luxury houses, and ordinary houses will not have these situations. It is a pity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管委會運作非常用心，戶數是廣豐一、二、三裡面最少的，不過社區大門旁的那塊巨石...嗯，聽說很貴。質感不如桃大誠的一小塊優雅招牌。
The management committee operates very carefully. The number of households is the smallest among Guangfeng I, II, and III, but the huge rock next to the community gate...well, I heard it is very expensive. The texture is not as good as Tao Dacheng's small elegant signature.
