★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管線問題很多，頂樓的排水管到地下室的雨水管破掉竟然用黏的，下大雨的時候地下室上方水管像瀑布一樣，最後維修也是用矽膠填補。
牆壁裡面的冷氣管破掉也是等到冷氣裝上去才從房間的牆壁漏水，最後裝潢完畢還要挖牆補管。
地下室的磁磚破裂遇到下大雨都會滲水上來，這品質實在令人不敢恭維! 只有外觀和社區整體看上去還可以。
There are many problems with pipelines. The drain pipe from the top floor to the rainwater pipe from the basement was broken and it was sticky. When it rained heavily, the water pipe above the basement was like a waterfall, and the last repair was filled with silicone.
When the air-conditioning pipe in the wall is broken, water leaks from the wall of the room until the air-conditioning is installed, and the wall is dug to repair the pipe after the decoration is finished.
The broken tiles in the basement will seep into the water in heavy rain. This quality is really unsatisfactory! Only the appearance and the overall look of the community are OK.
