★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家人拿整組床包去洗，店員沒有清點商品，導致洗完後少了一件，打電話詢問請他們調監視器，說什麼也沒有發現，說是我們自己搞錯，詢問他們清洗的流程為什麼沒有先和客人對點商品，導致商品不見卻找不到原因，店員回覆他們的流程就是客人拿一包東西過去，就直接丟進去洗，沒有在對點的，從頭到尾推卸責任，店員的態度也超級不好，員工教育訓練非常不足，即便加入會員了我也不會再去
