★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很少看到有這麼大的空間是拿來給學生休閒討論讀書輔導，而不是拿來當教室的補習班；八德區的人口越來越多，房子越來越多，，學生也越來越優秀，又有全台前五名的大湳市場，這個地方最近又正在蓋捷運，小小的介壽路只要到了尖峰時刻，真是塞到不行，當地的高中生只要是想要補習，卻只能前往桃園車站，補完習回家大概只能洗澡睡覺，回家作業考試什麼幾乎都很難有時間完成，現在有了儒林大成分校，相信可以讓當地的學生做更有效率的學習，讓八德區的學生更有競爭力！住在八德真的有很多的好處呢！
