牛雜切的比牙籤還細，
而且這些絲只有一點點點，
這樣一碗要買百元起跳，
真的是不敢領教，
湯頭也是死鹹，
很好奇這樣怎麼經營

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古色古香擺設，店面空間寬敞桌數多不曉得是否過了用餐時間、用餐人略少牛肉麵藥膳湯頭喝不太習慣，牛肉帶筋咬勁不錯，可惜肉太少，CP值不高
Antique furnishings, spacious store space, many tables, I don’t know if it’s past the meal time, a few diners, and I’m not accustomed to drinking beef noodles and medicated soup. The beef is chewy, but it’s too little meat and CP is not high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 頭湯沒有牛肉味，跟之前吃到中壢新牛肉麵差很多，進來看到裝潢一樣還以為是同一個沒錯，結果牛肉麵大失所望，肉薄又柴沒有牛肉香，湯頭加的牛油也沒有牛肉香，感覺只是一般的辣油！
The head soup has no beef taste, which is much different from the new beef noodles in Zhongli before. When I came in and saw the same decoration, I thought it was the same, but the beef noodles were very disappointing. Fragrant, it feels like just ordinary chili oil!
