★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartment complex with a scenic view, and barbecue area on the rooftop for residents. Guardsmen seem to be quite nice and helpful. There are parks in the area for taking short walks with friends or family. Also, there are convenient stores and coffee shops located in the area of Jian de. It's a pretty neat and quiet neighbourhood.
