★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 附近好難停車啊，建築物分ABCD四棟，出入口都在A棟, 所以內層住戶需要從最裡走到最外圍，倒垃圾也是，但大廳的休閒區氛圍不錯~ 一層兩戶，出入都需磁卡感應，安全有保障，就停車問題較為麻煩些。

Therefore, the residents on the inner floor need to walk from the innermost to the outermost, and also to take out the garbage, but the leisure area in the lobby has a good atmosphere. Magnetic card induction is required, and safety is guaranteed. Parking is more troublesome.

社區公共電費超高是由住戶負擔，簡直是變相的調漲管理費，
附近夜間常有飆車族.........噪音及治安要顧慮，
建商給的聽說是氣密窗.........但隔音實在不怎麼樣，
後方的統聯客運總站............車子排氣孔對著社區排廢氣，低樓層真是苦不堪言，
請多考慮+多觀察，再下手購屋.........

I heard from the builder that they are airtight windows.........but the sound insulation is not very good.
The United Passenger Terminal at the rear.........the exhaust holes of the car are facing the community to exhaust exhaust gas, and the low floors are really miserable.
Please consider more + observe more before starting to buy a house.........
