常常經過都大排長龍,今天趁著打烊前30分鐘入場,位子較少都是現場候位,運氣很好大約等了3分鐘就被告知可以入內,看到菜單後直接點了一個招牌濃湯拉麵及叉燒飯,而且非常特別的是第一次見識到日式拉麵能夠免費加麵,出餐速度算是非常快,大約8分鐘左右就拿到餐了 首先是叉燒飯!必須說這是在拉麵店吃過最好吃的叉燒飯!!雖然要價60塊非常的不親民但是必須說真的好吃到不行!肉的搭配味道剛好加上薄薄的一層飯以及溏心蛋跟洋蔥真的是絕配!真心話完勝主食的拉麵 再來是拉麵登場,麵條軟硬是個人喜歡的口感覺得算是中等的硬度,叉燒肉不膩口但是配在拉麵中並沒有叉燒飯這麼的順口,雞肉的部分中規中矩不柴且嫩也還保有口感是好吃的,最後最重要的是湯頭,不會過於的濃郁且喝的出鮮甜味,本碗麵最讓我意外的是湯頭,跟外面的雞湯拉麵有不同之處 再來再來就是師傅路過主動詢問是否加麵,我選擇加了半球麵,份量其實很夠但是麵條比最初的泡過湯頭的麵來的更有口感,而且不收加麵的費用真的是好感度大增,雖然麵的成本沒多少錢但是這是店家的善意,而且環境非常乾淨且不管是師傅及收銀小姐都相當的親切!雖然麵不是最喜歡的但是整體來說就是大推!!尤其是超級愛它的叉燒飯!!

到了記得先在門口的本子登記一下,不然是不會叫到你哦! 今天是晚上18:50左右到達,大概等了20分鐘就有位子,等候時老闆會先給你菜單,這樣一入座就可以點單了,還蠻聰明的。 點了鹽味雞白湯、干貝海老雞白湯、叉燒飯,湯頭都蠻濃郁的,但有點鹹,一度有點想詢問老闆有沒有高湯可以加?干貝海老雖然沒有看到海老(蝦),但湯頭是滿滿的蝦味,略紅的色澤看來應該是有不少的蝦頭在裡面,叉燒飯不是港式切片的,而是將拉麵裡的叉燒切塊再炙燒,多了股焦香,搭配清爽的洋蔥還蠻好吃的,還好份量不大,不然二個女生各點一碗再加個飯,真的是飽到不行。

每次經過店門口,總是有排隊人潮!1/8(六)和老公決定提早出門,我們也要排隊品嚐無常拉麵。到達目的地時,請記得先在門口的紙本上登記人數喔!且要全數到齊才能進入店內用餐,目前的營業日是星期二~六。今天點了鹽味雞白湯拉麵、辛口雞白湯拉麵及叉燒飯。第一口當然是先品嚐原味的湯頭,喝起來濃郁順口並帶有淡淡的檸檬香,而辛口的湯頭喝起來有花椒香,我都喜歡!若麵量不夠可以免費加麵一次,可選擇一份或0.5份,重點兩位年輕老闆都很客氣。另外叉燒飯雖然量不多,但非常好吃,總覺得也有一股淡淡的果香。下次會想邀好友一起品嚐美食!若湯頭可以多一種清淡口味的選擇,就更加完美了!

抵達後需先於候位單上登記並等待帶位,由於我是在剛營業沒多久就到了,所以大概只等了5分鐘就入座了~當天點了鹽味雞白湯拉麵、叉燒飯。叉燒飯需拌勻後享用,我中途還淋入些微拉麵的湯汁也好好吃,必點!拉麵裡加了一片檸檬、一片柳橙,我稍微用湯匙擠壓果肉,讓些許的果汁與湯混合,湯頭馬上又提升到另一個層次了,不過要注意的是水果泡在湯裡太久可能會產生苦味唷~舒肥雞和叉燒表面都有炙燒過,肉入口帶點焦香,真的是絕了!溏心蛋也是不容小覷,吃過很多拉麵的溏心蛋蛋黃都會過熟,但這裡的溏心蛋蛋黃是還可以自由流動的程度也很入味,碗緣還有附柚子胡椒可依個人喜好拌入拉麵,所有的用心和堅持造就了這碗拉麵,讓品嚐到的人感到非常幸福!感恩的心?

兩位同事狂推這家,說一定要來吃!而且還提醒養開店的時候來,才不用等太久,所以我選了星期六開店的時候過來,開店是11點半,我大概11:40到達,結果店內已經有兩組客人,外面等待外帶的也兩組,記得要在門口的板子上登記名字,因為店員是看上面登記資料呼喚客人的喔!我才等不到五分鐘就進店了。 但是從店員手中接過菜單,就看到加點的叉燒肉和舒肥雞已經被槓掉!!!!OMG!!!我不死心還是問了店員,他說:賣完了!!!!!!!嗚嗚嗚!做了功課,網友們都是說要加點叉燒肉和舒肥雞,殘念! 辛口雞白湯拉麵 雞肉應該是雞胸肉,雖然不是很嫩的那種,但是也不會柴,一咬就斷,湯頭很像辣味小米粥,滑順又有花辣椒香,辣但不刺激,很提醒胃口大的朋友,千萬不要急著把湯喝完,要留著湯才加點一球麵,這樣追加的麵放入湯中才不會降低湯頭味道,也不會讓麵變得沒味道。湯裡面還有花生碎片 ,增加口感和花生香氣,混合花椒,味道真的很棒。玉米筍雖然才一根,但還是要誇獎一下玉米筍本人 ,他烤過後,讓甜味更明顯,會讓你有種”為何只有一根?!‘’的念頭~XD 外帶叉燒飯一份 肉有碳烤的煙燻味,飯雖然有肉汁,但依然粒粒分明,混合所有食材配料後,味道有很多層次,很快就掃光,男生或者大胃王大概需要兩碗。 擔心疫情的朋友,請放心用餐,因為他們會在客人離席後,很仔細的再把桌子等等用酒精擦拭一次。 店內座位不多,L型的座位,好像大概12個位置(抱歉,沒數清楚),但因為疫情關係,他們會盡量讓不同組的客人隔開坐,所以實際可以進店用餐的人數不多,如果沒辦法早到的人,就要等待了。
