★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 張姓女店員服務品質超差，口氣不好，詢問商品跩個258萬，詢問日式2尺花槽有無販賣底盤架，店員連找都沒找，直接回覆底盤架要錢，廢話買那一個東西不用錢口氣真跩，可能是我打擾到她跟其它男同事聊天了真抱歉唷，負1000顆星都不夠，連申訴專線剛好1700打進去不通0800口服不通，八德店店員一問三不知，下次不會最去了。真的是花錢受罪。
The service quality of the female clerk surnamed Zhang was very poor, and her tone was not good. She asked about 2.58 million products and whether the Japanese 2-foot flower trough had a selling chassis frame. The clerk didn’t even look for it. She directly responded to the chassis frame asking for money, nonsense to buy which one. Things don’t need money, and I’m really lame. Maybe I interrupted her and chatted with other male colleagues. I’m sorry, negative 1000 stars is not enough. I won't go the most next time. Really spend money to suffer.

The attitudes of the service staff are different. I personally think that the things are quite expensive. The same thing is cheaper than a chain store outside. If I don't buy it urgently, I will not go to this store to buy it.

Why give three stars....because this product is often out of stock...for example, screws are often out of stock and have to wait for several days.
