我親身經歷，在機車部 我說要某車的汽油幫浦，直接跟我說都壞了，沒有，但我有看到我要的車種，起碼還有兩台未拆，今天如沒看到還有未拆的車，說沒有貨 或都壞了 也就算了 …… 唉唉唉唉唉 這家……服務態度（機車部）有待加強

But in the locomotive department...
