我一進門時就說明我已經到介壽路上維修行詢問過狀況, 我了解錯誤代碼為14,說明狀況可能來自主機板等等.. 店員只是不斷說明,不可能,你這個是新機..就口中有詞的走去拿傳輸線,還有說到那就要送回原廠等字句,我就覺得你要給我填單了 但後來你們也沒多問我什麼... 只是一昧的插電腦用itunes,另一個小姐也是默默地說在更新了.. 根本沒跟我說要幫我跑更新看看..我也早就說了 我更新會出現錯誤回復原廠也是..你們等於一直在做我跟你們說我做過的事情... 什麼也沒說明..也沒問我什麼..現在搞的是我都沒說????? 你們單純只是不相信我說的話...不相信會有這樣的狀況... 我只是想請你們當下就讓我轉送回原廠罷了.. 沒想到你們可以一直嘗試一直嘗試..而且回原廠為啥需要id跟密碼?我也蠻好奇的..什麼都沒說清楚,沒問清楚,卻什麼都怪罪客人沒說? 因為相信你們 找你們買手機,想麻煩你們幫忙送回 今天沒要故意找碴,單純覺得為什麼都說的不清不楚 而且也沒主動告知狀況,每次都是我們打回去才說明...

手機相機鏡頭進水,拍照都會霧霧的,送修後店員來電說是手機受潮,需要除潮+清理鏡頭,費用總共1400元。回到家後發現本來一直都可以使用的face id不能用了,於是拿回店裡再檢測。後來收到通知說維修費用要3500。 我跟店員說我的手機「從受潮後直到送進來維修的前一刻為止face id都是可以使用的」,修完後才不能用。我覺得這個face id的費用不該由我負擔 店員則說我沒有當下檢測face id 能不能用,他們沒有辦法確定這個功能故障是否跟本次維修有關。再加上受潮本來就會有各種功能損壞的風險,不是只有表面看到的鏡頭起霧的問題而已 我又問如果我的face id在受潮當下就損壞了,它應該要是立刻就不能用才對吧?為什麼直到我把手機送修的前一刻我的face id都還能用,手機修完出場後回家拿下口罩才發現不能用了?而且送修的當下你們也沒告訴我本次維修可能影響到face id的使用功能,就我的立場當然會覺得我的手機功能明明送修前都是好的,修完後就壞了,無法接受。 店員回覆說沒有,有些受潮損壞的情況不會當下立刻顯示出來,所以許多店家其實不願意受理受潮的個案,因為可能會有送修完a問題後跑出b問題的情況。 後續我覺得再講下去也只是雙方堅持各自的立場跳針而已,就終止了這段對話。最後他們沒有收我檢測手機的費用600元,而我拿著喪失face id功能的手機回家了。 對了,我同一時段還有送修一隻sony手機,主要是手機插座接觸不良無法充電的問題。第一次修完回來後就發現手機變得無法密封,而且插座充電還是不穩定,於是拿回去再修。第二次回來後手機終於可以密合了,但插座的問題仍然是鬆動不牢固,需要喬各種角度才能充進去的情況 然後溝通的過程中店員都非常有禮貌並且客氣,沒有任何態度不良的問題。如果是純粹追求店員講話態度要好的人可以來這家。但我想我應該是不會再來了吧
