★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炸排骨雖然大塊，但是很扁，幾乎在吃麵粉皮，不過炸法與味道是古早味的，還不錯吃，總體來說，不難吃也不是很好吃，普通可接受。
控肉挺油的，不是一整塊的，吃多了會很膩。
菜給的蠻多的，這一點有加分。
