醫生態度很差,一進診間動到椅子就很凶的說不要移動,話不能好好說嗎,態度好一點會少塊肉嗎,要跟他敘述眼睛不舒服的情況也一副不耐煩的樣子,第一次去看,不會再有下次了

我真的超生氣???櫃檯服務爛!醫生還算ok! 今天晚上8:30帶妹妹來掛號,因為她下班回來拔掉隱形眼鏡後眼睛超痛,痛到睜不開,我妹又重度近視,想說是不是很嚴重,所以來掛號的時候整個很緊張,櫃檯戴眼鏡黑皮膚的A小姐這時候在接待前一個掛號的,裡面還有一個B小姐就在那邊滑手機,我想說問B一下我妹的情況,結果要問的時候,A小姐就插話說:「掛號要排隊喔」好ok那我就等,等到我們掛號的時候A小姐整個就在那邊摸來慢去B還是在那邊滑手機,明明就看到我們很急,我就說:「小姐,我妹妹現在眼睛很痛,是不是可以先幫我們看一下」A小姐就稍微靠近我妹隨便瞅一下:「可是她沒有流血不算很嚴重,要按照號碼喔」 我問:「那現在到幾號了?」「門診門上有號碼」所以就是叫我們自己看的意思?我們就不想說話直接走到旁邊等,等了快20分鐘好不容易等到我們,醫生給我照一下儀器,說眼睛發炎點眼藥水就沒事了,之後拿完要我們就走了。 結論:櫃檯是診所的門面,我一進來就看到有小姐在那邊滑手機就整個傻眼,而且病患就是因為不了解自己發生什麼狀況才會選擇來診所就診,難道不該有一些同理心去主動詢問一下我們發生什麼事嗎?如果真的不怎麼嚴重也請好好解釋,不是在那邊說「喔沒有流血都不算嚴重喔」這麼隨便,這次是因為很急所以才選擇就近看診,下次絕對不會再來!

看得出來很有年紀的一家診所,我們因為原本去的下午沒診,所以來到這。整體來說還頗有效率,醫生護士的確有點忙少了寒喧,但是並不會讓人覺得不專業,我覺得還是算不錯的喔!
I can see a very old clinic. We came here because we didn't have a doctor in the afternoon. Overall, it is quite efficient. Doctors and nurses are a bit busy and less chilly, but it doesn't make people feel unprofessional. I think it's still a good one!

態度敷衍不說,已經排到,前面插隊等半小時,進去z再做檢查,後面繼續插隊又要等,請問就診順序怎麼排列的?對病人檢查之敷衍,一句老花直接打發,一句話都不多,前後等待50分鐘,看病1分鐘,很好,大大的讚,只能給一星,遺憾不能再低了
