111/6/11 婆婆因為她痔瘡出血、傷口外翻來求診,去現場掛號,櫃檯人員客氣的詢問求診原因及有無藥物過敏,大約等了20多分就看到診,陳醫師也耐心詢問病情、處理好傷口,並仔細的告知萬一再發生要如何處理,目前順利處理好外翻問題,回家吃藥休息。

111/2/19下午3點多想去看診,看到診所有配合政府打疫苗,詢問櫃臺掛號小姐有看診嗎?小姐態度很不好的說…有,剛好打疫苗的小姐填問券有問題,小姐很不耐煩的回答愛理不理的,我站那完全不理我,我說我健保卡先放這,小姐就說…要等歐,我說要等打完疫苗嗎?她說對…裡面一堆人要打疫苗請問是要等到何時…我就走了…上次110/7/29第一劑疫苗是去貴診所打的,那天也是櫃檯小姐服務很差讓看診的客人爆炸了(我完全可以理解為什麼那人會爆炸,因為我全程在旁邊觀看)後來演變成看診的跟打疫苗的吵起來了,我不知道如果你是這診所的負責人,你如何看?是人力不足讓小姐不爽,還是沒做好教育訓練…我們是去看病的,不是去受氣的…(醫生人很好,打疫苗的小姐也很好,多給妳一顆星)

別來這家診所吧⋯⋯ 除非沒有選擇,雖說疫情底下大家都很辛苦, 可是診所內部的服務流程凌亂也就算了,就連遠距視訊看診,也一樣處理的很糟糕,其實以一個病人的角度來看,感覺真的很差,掛了號說馬上就可以看遠距看診,結果過了至少1~2個小時才說現在開始才看診(已經快接近結束營業的時間),然後在快接近結束營業時間的時候,告知我們要在結束營業時間前拿藥,只剩5分鐘就要結束營業,請問車程來不及的怎麼辦? 結果得到的回覆是,那沒辦法囉下禮拜再見(? 咦態度的部分是不是有點讓人無法接受呢 所以誠摯的建議大家,先看評論後有辦法接受這樣的回覆以及處理再來這家吧!
