牛肉非常軟嫩，筋有嚼勁，吃起來有點像肉骨茶，麻辣味只有一點點，湯頭像是有中藥味的清燉牛肉麵，我個人比較喜歡紅燒的。
茄汁豬肉麵：
通常來這家店我只吃這個，茄汁湯濃，豬肉比牛肉好吃。
小菜還是有一定水準。
這家跟其他甘泉魚麵分店比算是好吃的。
