★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明明營業時間尚未結束，卻臨時告知要提早下班，但患者都已在診所等候了，且也只是拿貴診所的處方簽要領藥（於上次領藥時已付完費用），但人員卻告知「因電腦已關閉不便再開啟電腦處理領藥事宜」...... 於此欲請問：病患是不用吃藥了嗎？ 等到週一貴診所再度營業時就早已沒藥了...... 如果要臨時提早下班，是否能先將已經到現場等候的患者服務完畢再做閉店的動作呢？ 建議貴診所 負責人員 能改善此一做法與行為。

It is recommended that the person in charge of your clinic can improve this practice and behavior.
