★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水煎包有點像半煎炸的方式烹煮，高麗菜跟韭菜皆是一顆14元，吃起來皮酥脆QQ的有咬勁，高麗菜脆甜調味的好吃，沒有加五香粉或奇怪的香味，味道比南門市場文化街的排隊名店好吃，就是比較小顆了一點。
韭菜口味的裡面有加冬粉，吃起來水嫩多汁，很像韭菜盒子的口味。
店家環境維持很乾淨，不管是煎台或是後廚包包子的檯面皆很乾淨，速度很快不會排很久。
