★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 興仁夜市裡的店家，停車不管是開車或是騎車都很方便，在吃飽逛的差不多時，受到老闆宏亮的吆喝聲吸引，儘管肚子已經有點飽還是點了一份雞排，現點現炸，在吃了第一口後胃好像又開了，皮薄酥脆有味，肉汁飽滿到燙口，剛炸時要小心相當的燙，但是香氣也是相當吸引人到吞口水，整塊雞排相當有肉，比起有些雞排雖然大但裹著厚厚的皮，這樣有大口吃肉的快感我更喜歡，吃到後面連骨頭都咀嚼了好幾下，建議可以先點餐後到附近繼續逛逛，讓老闆繼續用心的炸，下次來還會想再點來吃，也試試其他的品項.
