個人覺得卡士達和巧克力的很好吃
有冰淇淋的也不錯，味道夠濃郁。
位置很好找，就在夜市的入口處。

味道還算不錯
尤其我愛吃布丁
加上布丁的芙琳卡口感更特別了
不過紅薯蔓越莓口味偏酸
搭配微甜的餅皮自己不是很喜歡
想買的要挑一下
一個30 同（高）價位買2送1（低）價
冰淇淋口味不能搭配
單買價格算偏高
可以嘗試看看

雖然冰淇淋口味沒有買二送一,不過紮實的餅皮
搭配香濃冰淇淋還挺好吃的,很適合逛夜市
吃飽喝足的路上來當飯後甜點！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店家位在桃園八德興仁夜市美食區中，如果要停車的話，B區北邊有很多停車場可以選擇，路邊也有停車格可以停，交通還算方便。夜市有分美食A區與玩樂B區，可以依照自己想去的區域逛。店家位在美食A區最外側，需要排對點餐，如果前面有人點很多個的話會需要等候15分鐘以上。
店家只賣一種餐點就是芙琳卡，與一般鬆餅或可頌不同，芙琳卡是以米來製作，所以香氣與口感都比較特別。餅皮熱熱的吃外表有一點微微酥脆的口感，內裡是微微軟Q，帶著米的香氣，單吃餅皮也是不錯的點心，很清爽不會甜膩。想要加餡料的話有很多選擇，如果選擇冰淇淋則要馬上吃。餡料都是點餐的時候馬上夾到餅皮中，巧克力的香氣還算濃郁，卡士達醬也是不錯，看的出來有使用香草莢，如果想要吃多一點口感的話可以加麻糬，麻糬是比較軟Q的口感，不會黏膩。餅皮如果冷藏過後，吃起來味道還是一樣的，口感會變得更為軟Q，也是不錯的選擇。
店家提供非常特別的點心芙琳卡，以米來製作的小點心，但如果人潮眾多的話，因為芙琳卡都是現做的，所以有時候需要等餅皮降溫，或是店家現場夾餡，所以需要等候一些時間，但店員的服務態度一直都很好。芙琳卡特殊的香氣與口感，加上不錯的內餡，如果來到興仁夜市，非常推薦可以來吃吃看，
