★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 附近環境佳，1_(萊爾富，全家，ok走路5分內會到，7-11約10分)，2_(家樂福走路約15分,愛買，大潤發騎車10分內)，3_交通四通八達，(大湳交流道，台鐵，聖保祿醫院，開車不塞的話10分內都會到)優點一堆，缺點是.外面是介壽路主幹道(現在還有國賓影城加持)..只要下班時間跟假日很塞...但這就是大便利中小小不便，可接受，房價也比附近新建大樓低，重點是每年房屋稅可謂天壤之別，聽說(只是聽說啦)新建大樓兩房以上每年1xxxx起跳唷！嚇屬寶寶囉???
Good environment nearby, 1_(Lairfu, the whole family, ok walking within 5 minutes, 7-11 about 10 points), 2_ (Carrefour walks about 15 points, love to buy, RT-Mart rides within 10 minutes), 3_ traffic It is well-connected, (Dayu Interchange, Taitung Railway, St. Paul's Hospital, if you can't drive it in 10 minutes). The advantage is a bunch. The shortcoming is that the outside is the main road of Jieshou Road (now there is also the National Film Studio blessing). As long as the off-duty time and the holiday are very stuffy...but this is a big convenience, small and inconvenient, acceptable, and the house price is lower than the new building nearby. The key point is that the annual housing tax can be described as a world apart. I heard that (just heard) Folding 1xxxx every year for more than two rooms in the building! Scared to be a baby
